01

Firm data

Firm names, categories, addresses, phone numbers, websites, and other factual fields are supplied by the Injury Firm Finder API. A profile is a starting point, not verification that a particular lawyer is licensed, available, or experienced for a matter. Users should confirm those points directly and through the relevant licensing authority.

02

Organic firm order

Homepage, state, and city samples use a deterministic page-specific shuffle that changes on a weekly cycle. Eligible firms are deduplicated before display. Position is not a ranking, endorsement, quality score, or sponsored placement.

03

Legal research

A state rule is summarized only when the page includes a reviewed primary or official source. Summaries preserve qualifications and direct users to the controlling material. Where the research is incomplete, the site states the questions to investigate instead of publishing a guessed deadline or rule.

04

Authorship and automation

The Injury Lawyer Atlas Editorial Team is the organizational author. AI-assisted tools may support research organization, drafting, code, and quality assurance; they do not replace primary sources or independently verify a lawyer. The site does not invent an individual expert or claim attorney review where none occurred.

05

Local references

Named roads, airports, courts, transport systems, venues, and businesses are used only when relevant to geography or record identification. A name never means an incident occurred there or that an operator acted negligently.

06

Case studies

Current case studies are expressly fictional and educational. They separate facts, possible record holders, legal questions, and practical lessons without claiming a client relationship or predicting an outcome.

07

Editorial imagery

Generated images illustrate research environments and generic settings. They are not evidence, actual incidents, clients, law firms, unsafe properties, or documented conditions at a named place.

08

Corrections and review

Pages display review context where a legal-source brief is available. Firm data can change independently of editorial content. Material legal, geographic, or firm-data concerns should be checked against the linked official source or confirmed directly before reliance.
